I have always brought the juice when it comes to coaching. And when I mean “juice” the energy! Everyone needs some to help them get things going. And when it comes to leading and helping give my team the focus they need to harness their energy through expressing themselves. I have been the best outlet for my team on every occasion, no matter what time or when the moment struck. If my team need the energy, I was there to help lead them in a positive and constructive manner.
