OG1 is a professional community for athletes and coaches. Help us keep the feed valuable by following these guidelines when posting content.

1. Be Professional

Share insights, analysis, and experiences relevant to coaching and athletic development. Keep language and tone appropriate for a professional network. Think of the feed as an extension of your resume.

2. Be Respectful

Treat other coaches and athletes with respect. No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory content. Disagreement is welcome, disrespect is not.

3. Stay On-Topic

Content should relate to sports, coaching, athletic development, or the professional growth of coaches and athletes. Off-topic posts may be removed.

4. No Spam or Excessive Self-Promotion

Avoid excessive promotion of products, services, or external platforms. Sharing your own content is welcome when it adds value to the community. Quality over quantity.

5. Protect Privacy

Don't share personal information about athletes, minors, or anyone without their consent. Respect confidentiality around recruiting, contracts, and private conversations.

6. Accurate Information

Post information you believe to be accurate. Don't spread rumors, misinformation, or unverified claims about players, coaches, or programs.

7. Respect Intellectual Property

Only post content you own or have the right to share. Credit sources when sharing external articles, videos, or quotes.

8. Report Violations

See something that breaks these guidelines? Use the post options menu to report it. Our team reviews all reports and takes action when appropriate.
