Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and OG1 Coaches, LLC ("OG1", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, 30442 Esperanza, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, USA.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OG1 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OG1 provides a professional networking platform for sports coaches, athletes, and industry professionals. The Service includes profile creation, search and discovery, networking features, and related tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OG1 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to display and distribute it through the Service.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Billing, Cancellation and Refunds
Coaches, athletes, staff and organization members use OG1 free of charge. The paid Org plan is for organizations only.
- Price. The Org plan costs US$99 per organization per month. We bill it in advance each month, by card, through our payment processor Stripe.
- Who pays. Only the organization pays. Coaches, athletes, staff and members never pay.
- Cancel any time. An organization admin can cancel in Settings > Org billing, through the Stripe billing portal.
- After you cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Then the paid admin tools lock. We do not delete your data.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable. We give no partial or prorated refunds, except where the law requires them.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries it again. The admin tools stay on during these retries. If the payment still fails, the plan ends.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OG1 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
