Football has always been bigger than the game to me. Coaching gives me the opportunity to impact lives, build relationships, and help young athletes grow into disciplined, confident men both on and off the field. My purpose as a coach is not only to develop talent, but to develop character, leadership, accountability, and resilience that players can carry with them long after their playing days are over.
My coaching journey has allowed me to work at multiple levels of football, from college to high school, while serving in a variety of roles including Special Teams Coordinator, Defensive Backs Coach, Running Backs Coach, and Offensive Coordinator. Through those experiences, I have learned how to adapt, communicate, lead diverse groups of athletes, and build strong cultures within programs. Currently serving as the Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Kashmere High School, I coach in an environment where mentorship and leadership matter just as much as football knowledge. My background in education has strengthened my ability to connect with athletes, communicate effectively, and teach concepts in ways that maximize player development. I coach with energy, discipline, and accountability while also understanding the importance of relationships and servant leadership. I want every athlete I coach to know they are capable of more than they realize, and I challenge them daily to reach that standard.
What separates me is my passion, versatility, and willingness to serve wherever needed to help a program succeed. I have experience coordinating units, evaluating talent, developing practice plans, mentoring athletes, and creating systems that promote growth and accountability. I bring a relentless work ethic, positive energy, and a genuine commitment to helping athletes succeed in footb
