I’m Arthur Gallanter, General Manager at OG1 and Founder of Uncharted.

OG1 is building the Professional Identity Platform for sports: one clear, credible place where coaches and sports professionals can own their identity, show what they have earned, and help the right people understand who they are faster.

My work has always sat at the intersection of people, opportunity, and how professionals are understood. Earlier in my career, I worked at LinkedIn, where I saw how professional identity and networks can shape access, trust, and career movement. Through Uncharted, I work with early-stage companies on talent, go-to-market, positioning, and growth. At OG1, I’m applying that same lens to sports, where too many great coaches, operators, executives, and sports professionals are still represented by scattered bios, outdated resumes, social media, word of mouth, and incomplete search results.

As General Manager, I help OG1 grow the platform, support user adoption, build partnerships, and translate the value of professional identity into real use cases across business development, recruiting, hiring, career growth, and relationship-building.

Sports professionals already have the experience. OG1 gives them a clearer, more credible way to own it.

Arthur brings a background in startups, talent, go-to-market, and professional networks. He is the Founder of Uncharted and previously worked at LinkedIn in relationship management, sales development, and business leadership roles. Across his career, Arthur has worked with founders, operators, and teams to clarify their story, build stronger networks, and create more effective paths to growth.

At OG1, Arthur helps translate that experience into sports, where professional identity is still fragmented across staff pages, resumes, social media, articles, private networks, and word of mouth.
