I graduated from El Toro High School in 2003, where I played for the El Toro Rebels club program. During my career, I was named Orange County Defensive Player of the Year four times and OC Player of the Year twice, and I earned USILA All-American honors in 2003. I was also invited to the Team USA tryouts, where only 120 players nationwide were selected. I later became the first player from Orange County to play NCAA lacrosse.

I went on to play at Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating in 2007 with a BA in Journalism. While there, I was a four-time All-Conference selection, a 2005 Preseason All-American, and served as team captain during the 2006 and 2007 seasons.

After college, I began my coaching career in Manchester, England from 2007–2008 with Timperley Lacrosse Club. My role included introducing lacrosse to elementary school students, serving as head coach for the U14 and U16 teams, coaching the Manchester University team, and competing in the men’s premier division.

I returned to Orange County and coached at El Toro High School from 2008–2012. I served as JV head coach before becoming varsity head coach in 2011 and 2012. During that time, our teams reached the CIF semifinals in back-to-back seasons and won two Sea View League championships.

Since 2011, I have run the OC Rebels Lacrosse Club with my brother, continuing the tradition of the El Toro Rebels while helping grow youth lacrosse in the Saddleback Valley.

From 2014–2018, I served as head coach at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, where we won three straight Trinity League titles and reached the CIF final four twice. Since 2019, I have been the head coach at JSerra Catholic High School, where I continue to focus on building strong teams and developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
