Ryan Porter is one of the nation’s premier quarterback coaches and the founder of QB Cavalry, a leading quarterback development program known for producing elite talent across all levels of football. Currently serving as a Head Coach, General Manager, Offensive Coordinator, Quarterbacks Coach, and Director of Football Operations at California Power, Ryan brings a multi-dimensional leadership approach to every aspect of the game.

With a proven track record of success, Ryan has coached 72 quarterbacks nationwide, guiding over 19 to full scholarships, including 13 at the Division I level. He currently holds the distinction of having the most Division I QB commits (11) in a single class for 2023. Perhaps most notably, he’s been the longtime quarterback coach for LSU star Jayden Daniels, working with him since age 12. Ryan’s expertise, vision, and commitment to developing players on and off the field have earned him national recognition as a builder of quarterbacks and leaders.
