Doug Brady

From the moment I first gripped a football in the sun-drenched fields of Southern California, an unyielding passion for the game has driven me—not just as a player, but as a mentor who unlocks the potential within every quarterback. As the founder of Brady Performance Football, with over 18 years of coaching experience etched into my DNA, I stand at the intersection of athletic rigor and personal growth, committed to forging not just elite performers but resilient leaders.
