Personal Statement

As a Graduate Assistant for TCU Football’s special teams unit, I bring hands-on experience in game planning, sideline operations, and player development. My time with TCU has sharpened my football IQ and reinforced my passion for coaching and leadership. I’m driven by a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping athletes grow on and off the field. I value learning from experienced coaches and constantly seek opportunities to expand my impact in the sport.

Jack is currently pursuing his Master’s in Strategic Communication at Texas Christian University, with an expected graduation date of December 2026. He is passionate about using clear, intentional messaging both on and off the field to build trust, drive performance, and develop athletes.

Guided by the principles of relentless effort, servant leadership, and Kaizen (continuous improvement), Jack brings high energy, a team-first mentality, and a commitment to daily growth. He is focused on building a long-term career in coaching and sports leadership while continuing to learn from the mentors and athletes around him.
