Mr. Johnny Shelton speaks to thousands each year. His practical approach makes it easy for people; both young and old, relate and understand him as he addresses the “Issues of Life” that we face everyday. Getting one to discover their P.U.R.P.O.S.E. and to understand “WHY they “DO what they DO” or “SAY what they SAY” is Johnny’s primary focus. His message creates an atmosphere for self-examination that provokes people to think about themselves from the inside out and challenges them to bring about CHANGE.

Johnny attended Southeast Missouri State University, where he received a BS degree in Business Management and was an all-conference football player as a defensive back. After college, he signed NFL contracts for the Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers. Free Agency making it hard to make a final roster, he then left football to pursue a career in corporate America working for Procter & Gamble. After a decade in corporate America, Johnny answered the Lords call to full time ministry and becoming the area director for Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in Central NC.
In 2005, Johnny's passion for inspiring and motivating men led him back to the game he loves and through (FCA), Johnny joined an up and coming program at Elon University for two seasons and then moved to collegiate powerhouse Virginia Tech, as their football team's chaplain. For seven years, Johnny worked alongside Head Coach Frank Beamer in providing character and spiritual guidance to coaches and players. In 2013, Johnny made his way north and joined the Baltimore Ravens to encourage and uplift the players, coaches and staff, on and off the field.

Johnny also founded Attitudes In Motion, Inc., a Life Coaching organization dedicated to reshaping the mind-set of America’s youth and their families. AIM Inc. provides resources that will challenge & encourage people everywhere about the “Issues of Life” that’s prevalent in today’s society. Its a holistic approach (Mind, Body & Soul) that transforms in all aspects of life. (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually)

Johnny is married to his college sweetheart Thlitha, and they have two young adult children Shawnda` & Shawnta` that resides in North Carolina.
