Vincent Cifarelli is an NFL and NIL agent with OG1 Athletes, where he represents professional and collegiate players with a focus on long-term growth, strategic positioning, and career longevity. He works directly with athletes on contract negotiations, brand development, and building sustainable success beyond the game.

In addition to his work in representation, Vincent serves as Director of Client Success & Operations at OG1, helping lead strategy and relationship development across the platform.

Vincent’s approach is shaped by firsthand experience in the sports world. He played lacrosse at the University of Colorado before transitioning into coaching. In 2025, he served as Head Coach of the Cal State Fullerton Men’s Lacrosse team, leading the program through a competitive season at the collegiate level. He now serves as an Assistant Coach at JSerra Catholic High School, his alma mater, where he played and developed as a student-athlete.

His background as both an athlete and coach allows him to understand the demands, pressures, and opportunities players face at every stage of their journey. That perspective informs how he advises clients — prioritizing development, character, leadership, and long-term positioning alongside performance.
