That belief has shaped two years of building OG1 alongside our founder and CEO, Bruce Tollner.

Bruce has spent over 30+ years representing athletes and coaches at the collegiate and professional level. His background brings a clear sense of purpose to the product: helping the people in sports be represented well.

Today, their professional stories are scattered across old bios, team websites, social accounts, and search results. A job change shouldn’t mean losing the place that tells your story. And your current title shouldn’t be the whole story.

As Head of Product, that’s the problem I’m proud to be working on alongside the entire OG1 team.

Our ambition is to build the largest public record for sports professionals, with profiles already started for people to find, claim, and make their own. A place to bring together their experience, showcase their impact, and build credibility for their next opportunity.

Two years in, the goal is still personal: put more control in the hands of the people who earned the career.
